Meet Laetitia Your Coach

Hello
I'm Laetitia, certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, barre instructor, former corporate professional and mom of three young adults. Born in Lille, France, I’ve lived in Brussels and Istanbul before settling in Oeiras, Portugal, in early 2024. I am an outdoor enthusiast, a member of the Women’s Masters competitive rowing team (ANL) and in love with hiking, surfing, and everything nature.
After many years, I wished I had discovered earlier, that taking care of oneself isn't selfish or a luxury, it is essential to feel good in your own skin.
Now I guide women to feel strong, vibrant, and confident in their body and mind.
Whether we work together online, in-person, in group, or outdoors, my movement coaching is about meeting you exactly where you are and bringing you to where you want to be.
